  • Fill out an Eligibility Survey and it will let you know if you are eligible at the end of the survey and you will be able to pay for the service.

  • An Immigration Lawyer Team will email you a detailed questionnaire within 1-2 days business days which you will be required to fill out. If additional information is needed the Immigration Lawyer Team will reach out via email for additional information. If you have questions about the questionnaire, you can reach out to legal@uspathway.org. After you complete the information requested in the questionnaire, you submit the questionnaire back to USpathway.org.

  • Once USpathway.org receives the completed questionnaire, an Immigration Lawyer Team will prepare the necessary forms within 4-5 business days. Afterwards the Immigration Lawyer reviews it.

  • USpathway.org will email you the completed forms with an instruction sheet of documents to attach to the forms and mailing address.
